1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aetherapplied.com and related pages operated by Aether Applied (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including materials that describe Qorina, our physics-grounded intelligence for the physical world.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to this marketing website, public informational content, the enquiry / contact channel (including mailto-based contact forms), and — where you are granted access — the password-protected data room used for due diligence.

They do not, by themselves, create a customer deployment, pilot, subscription, or product licence for Qorina. Paid engagements, deployments, pilots, NDAs, and similar arrangements are governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these website Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy-policy.

3. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you access the data room or confidential materials on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so and to bind that organisation to any applicable access conditions.

4. Use of the website

You may browse the public pages for lawful, professional purposes — for example learning about Aether Applied and Qorina, contacting us, or reviewing materials we make available.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site (including the data room) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing of others’ rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the data room, accounts, systems, or networks connected to the site, or to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except with our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its hosting infrastructure, or other users’ access
• Copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the site or data-room materials except as expressly permitted by us in writing
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or requesting access
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and branding for Aether Applied and Qorina — are owned by Aether Applied or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and temporarily download content for personal or internal evaluation related to a potential business relationship with us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

“Aether Applied”, “Qorina”, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of Aether Applied. NVIDIA, the NVIDIA logo, and NVIDIA Inception are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation; our membership in the NVIDIA Inception program does not imply endorsement of our products by NVIDIA beyond the program itself.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Data room and confidential materials

Access to /data-room (or similar gated areas) may require a password and may be subject to a separate non-disclosure agreement or invitation terms. Materials there are provided for authorised evaluation only.

You must keep access credentials confidential, not share gated materials with third parties unless we agree in writing, and stop using and securely destroy or return copies when your evaluation ends or we revoke access.

8. No warranty for website content

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general information and marketing. Content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. We do not warrant that the site is accurate, complete, current, secure, or free of defects.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a binding quotation, a product specification guarantee, a service-level agreement (SLA), or professional, legal, or investment advice. Descriptions of Qorina’s capabilities are illustrative of our intended product direction and may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding the website and its content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Aether Applied and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website or reliance on its content.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website is limited to one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful misconduct, where such limits are prohibited).

This section applies to website use and informational content. Liability for customer deployments or other contracted services is governed exclusively by those separate agreements.

10. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or mention third parties (for example programme memberships or infrastructure providers). We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

This website is an enquiry and information channel. It does not provide a product support portal, ticketing system, or uptime SLA. Support for any paid deployment or pilot is defined only in the applicable customer agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Finland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website, unless mandatory consumer-protection or other rules require otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website visitors. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the site.
