Small scale, 10 episodes, reproducible from run JSONs. The world model is classically matchable today, the moat is feasible-by-construction, composition and calibration, not raw prediction. No quantum advantage claimed yet, the architecture is the edge.

Qorina designed a building grounded in real Helsinki geometry and climate, then ran a building-autonomy control loop on a reduced-order physics model. Under the same disturbance it logged zero safety violations against a fixed controller's eleven, while holding comfort and trimming energy.
